Dr. John Davis Diaz is a Tuscaloosa native. He attended school at Tuscaloosa Academy and the University of Alabama where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with honors, earning his undergraduate degree in biology with a minor in business in 2017.
Dr. John Davis Diaz went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2021.
Dr. John Davis continues to expand his dental knowledge with the goal of delivering the best possible care to you and your family.
He has recently completed a General Practice Residency at the Dental College of Georgia where he was a chief resident focusing on general dentistry, IV sedation, implant placement, and general surgery.
He holds memberships with the American Dental Association, the Alabama Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
John Davis is a devoted husband and family man. He enjoys spending time with his wife Katie (a native of Pickens County) and family outdoors at their farm.
If you enjoy the outdoors — hunting, fishing, water skiing, cooking, or Alabama sporting events — you will have much in common with him.
While at the University of Alabama, John Davis served as an ambassador for the College of Arts and Sciences for three years and a liaison for The University of Alabama for Boys State for three years.
He was also a founding member and inaugural president of the University of Alabama Delta Waterfowl Chapter and served two years as vice president of the Birmingham Chapter of Ducks Unlimited, whose focus is on wetlands conservation and preserving the natural habitat of our waterfowl.
